Check it out while you can! Right now we have a very limited offering from Yemen, which is the oldest territory on earth to cultivate coffee. Low production and difficulty exporting product from this region make availability quite scarce, which we’re very sad about because this coffee is exceptional.
Yemen Mocca Pearl of Tehama - Grown at 1,700 - 2,400 MASL - Full Natural process - Notes of dried fruit, flowers, spice, fresh cake, chocolate.
Exceptional any way you roast it! Colombia beans are always a great choice. These beans are no exception, as peaberry are a naturally occurring mutation within the coffee cherry where only one bean forms instead of the usual two, resulting in a smaller, rounder, and denser bean known as a peaberry. Because of this, these beans are inherently low acidity with lovely tasting notes.
Grown 1,500 - 1,700 MASL in volcanic soil - Washed process and sun dried on patios - Sweet, low acidity with floral notes
